Drone Mapping
A number of trainees were introduced to drone use for drone mapping. We had three trainees graduate with full competency in drone mapping. They are able to pre-inspect drones, prepare them for field use, set up mapping software, and manually upload imagery for post-processing. Graduates are:

Introduction to Indigenous Agriculture Level 1
Graduates had training primarily focussed on an introduction to agriculture and supporting trades and skills. Everyone was introduced to and received training in the following:

Introduction to Heavy Equipment Operation (HEO)
At Tea Creek HEO trainees are given intensive training with frequent 1-on-1 instruction with an experienced instructor. HEO grads are competent in:
Safety and Communication including verbal and radio
Pre-operation inspection
Machine servicing
Operating station pre-operation
Competent operation of farm machines conducting farm tasks
Safe operating habits
Machine tasks such as bucketing, moving soils, excavating and back-filling, attach and detach of 3-point implements, grading, PTO operation, and trailering
General machine knowledge

Cannabis for Medicine
Cannabis for medicine focusses on preparing trainees to grow successful medicinal cannabis from seed to harvest. Trainees learned how to propagate from seed and clones, how to care for plants indoor and outdoor, how to troubleshoot and fertilize in different ways. They also learned how to harvest and properly cure a finished plant. Graduates include:

Introduction to Indigenous Professional Chef
Trainees worked in the kitchen under the instruction of a trained professional chef, and assisted with the preparation of hot breakfasts and lunches every day on site for trainees. Graduates include:

Introduction to Carpentry and Milling
Trainees worked with carpenters on constructing a large road sign, small camp deck, and a structural kitchen expansion. Trainees also worked on the portable mill. Graduates include:
